I need some career advice...?

Have you considered relocating to get a job? Most people have relatives in other parts of US. Ask your relatives if you could stay with them for a couple months if you landed a job in their area. Unemployment figures greatly throughout US. Some places as high as 12% other like where I reside Washington, DC just under 5%. Federal government is definitely hiring. Go to USAjobs
