Name origin country of this coin.?

I have a picture od a coin only one side. I'm trying to identify the country of origin. Her is the description. I cannot tell if it is a coin or a royal seal. The coin is either gold or the symbol on it is imprinted. There are three soldiers on a boat shaped as a crocodile type animal. On the head of the boat is an animal that resembles a feline or a lion of some sort. The three soldiers have helmets similar to the ones worn in ancient rome most similarly described as spartan helmets. On the second half of the coin or symbol is an indescribable animal. The head of a horse, what looks like eagle wings, and the tail of a fish or a Dolphin.
