Help please?

I am trying to find a movie. There' an old man who owns a ship, and a boy who I believe runs into him because he has to help save the dinosaur from the evil man who owns a circus. beleive it was a red t rex. The old man also has a machine in his plane or whatever that is abe to let him se childrens wishes and dreams. he shows the boy later on and its tons of kids in bubbles saying what they wish for. but at the end the evil man dies, and the crows cover him all up, and whn they fly away he is gone. does anyone remember or know? its a cartoon movie by the way.
