I'd have to say there is a 99% chance of her heart being broken. No one who cares about you will say that your face puts them off - that's just crazy and mean. So he's probably using her - because she lets him. Tell her she has to work on her self confidence or she will seriously never be happy in life...she will always be walked on by jerks like this if she lets them.
