Which one is a better job,BSNL-TTA or Lecturer in Govt. Polytechnic college?

presently I am working in BSNL at TTA(telecom technical istant)Post in rajasthan and now I have a chance to got job as Lecturar in Polytechnic college in rajasthan...so I am confuse please suggest me that which job is better for me for future perspective or for economic perspective........please give yor important suggetion.
