Ok so I am thin/average but I have chubbiness even still. I am 5'5'', 15yrs old, female, weigh 121lbs and my BMI is 20.1. But like I just want to tone my muscles and not be squishy. I hate the squishy fleshy feeling of my body, it disgusts me. So what exercises can I do to tone my body, especially the stomach,waist, and rear/thigh areas.
