welbilt refrigerator model w860-2. i hit the defost on accident .. fridge is not cold what to do

I JUST NEED TO KNOW HOW TO MAKE IT GET COLD AGAIN, NOW THAT IS COMPLETLEY DEFROSTED ... LOL NOW I NEED IT CHILLED ...COOOOOLD
