Sweet 16 Partyy Help!!!?

So im having my sweet 16 and the theme is: sweet and y. its going to be like a dj dance thing. my friends came up with the theme and i love it because it fit my personalityy, but how can i do this? Any ideas for invites, things to do, outfits, and decorations? thanks fo the help!
