Many new religions came out and why?

is it because of their old church is wrong? is it because this new religions are more beneficial for someone's spiritual being? why is that religion is sometimes misrepresented as an organization? they collect money, they will tell you that their religion is the best religion ever because they will all be saved and the others will not. what about the animals who doesn't know the bible what is their verdict? the bible is the oldest code of conduct to guide people to live in harmony and peace. but plenty of people are using their church for their own profit. taking advantage of the gullible ones.
