Do they charge you more for a car that runs on ethonal?

i know the cost of fuel will be more, but is the cost when you first buy a car going to be any different?For example, if a Impala is a 6 cyl, 3.5 l and i want it to be able to run on ethonal will the car cost more or is it the same price for the same trim? i need this data for my math paper and that is why i ask.
