Can anyone recommend a good CRM solution for a charity?

Looking to implement a cheap CRM for a UK based charity. So far I've been recommended Highrise by 37 Signals. Would like something user friendly with shared contacts and good tasking capability. There are currently 12 staff, expanding relatively slowly. Fundraising is sought from major companies, so membership with be in 100 to 1000 range.
