I got a flat and can't find the key to the lug nuts! what are my options in getting the tire off?

I got a flat and can't find the key to the lug nuts! what are my options in getting the tire off? I will need to put a spare on, but eventually I would like to get the tire fixed and put it back on. But in the mean time, how do I get the flat tire off?
