Old love dont want to tho??

Hi i was just woundering if someone can help me with this big problem i think im still in love wih my ex partner i keep having dreams about him i keep thinking about him and wanting to txt him i dont want to love him anymore he was a cheater and hurt me really bad im also in a new realationship and been in this one for 1 year and i love him to bits but cant seem to get rid of my ex out of my head if anyone can suggest a why to help me please tell me thanks.
