Green/Yellow-ish phlegm with blood?

I've been spitting out green-yelloish phlegm for the past 5 days now and i've brushed it off for normal flu at first, but for the last 2 days the phlegm i spit out are accompanied with blood? Does anybody know whats happening to me?
