"Do what thou wilt- love is the law." What's your take on this quote?

I think he's saying do what you love, do what always drives you, what you love you should do , you should let love rule your drive in life, if nobody loved what they did,nothing would get done. In my opinion he's just saying do what you want to do,what you love and enjoy
