Help?!?!? please?

It seems like you are at the perfect weight, but i definitely know how you feel. Since the sports you are going to bo doing in high school need high endurance...get your endurance up this summer by running miles a day getting your time to 5-8 minutes per mile. This is especially good for soccer and bball. Gain some muscle in your arms and legs too for volleyball and ice hockey by doing bicep curls and leg presses. You should be in tip top shape for the summer...no problem!!
