ok so im a basketball player and im 12 so this is sooooooooooooooooo embaring i weigh 155 pounds how do i lose weight we run every day but it aint enough i am on aa diet what else should i do i play bball every day so is there no hope?! o and is there 7th grade girl from muldrow that plays basketball that want to jog every day at the park????? dont laugh or judge or be jerks pleasee????????????? help??????????????
