Do you think a man in a less marriage has the right to have his physical needs met outside of the marriage?

I'll probably stir up a hornets nest here, but I think it is wrong for anyone to expect a partner not to stray from a less marriage.I'm not talking about a drought of a couple of weeks, I'm talking about a completely less marriage. What do you think ?
