Can implantation cramps feel like a steady sharp pain near ovary?

I had an IUI 8 days ago. Yesterday (7dpo) felt steady sharp pain by right ovary combined with a cramping by lower left abdomen. I am on progesterone and estrodiol. I spoke with nurse and she said it could be that my ovaries are sensitive. This is my 3rd IUI, have been ttc for 5 years now and have never felt this kind of pain before. She said I could take Tylenol and that helped. This pain only lasted a 1/2 day. Today I have felt just minor twinges/cramp feeling but nothing even close to compare from yesterday. What do you think? Also, how long can implantation cramps last for (if this is what I am feeling?)
