Can I get unemployment for these days?

I'm supposed to be working 5 day work weeks, 40 hours a week. No payments have been coming in (at least that's what my boss said but yet he just bought a new Cadillac Escalade, that slime ball) so we have been working 4 days a week, 32 hours a week. Now he's talking about going to 3 days, 24 hours a week. Can I collect unemployment for those 1 or 2 days a week that we aren't working? I live in Central Illinois if that makes a difference.
